Tyler Technologies, Inc. has signed a contract with Rapid City, S.D., for Tyler’s Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to fully integrate the city’s finance, human resources and payroll applications. The agreement includes related professional services, training and support.
Munis replaces the city’s legacy financial system, which couldn’t integrate across departments, as well as several standalone systems used by multiple city departments. As a fully integrated system, Munis addresses all of Rapid City’s current and anticipated functional needs. The city also will implement Tyler Content Manager, which is completely integrated with Munis.
